For me, anyhow, it's been a lot easier to accept that pain in body parts that are mostly tense muscle are TMS than the knee where there are so many moving parts and pain (in my case anyhow) seems to be very correlated with certain types of movements and very consistently reproducible.
we reconize thru awareness and mindfulness these are triggers and stressors, then we learn to put good thoughts in place of the bad ones thru affirmations and in time we begin to feel better.
