When I have moments of doubt, messages like this one tend to reinforce them.

I assume the veterans among you can just laugh this stuff off, I wish I was there.

Googling for your symptoms can be dangerous too. The internet is the new wild wild west. Becareful with what you see on the www.

Yeah, between various practitioners and the internet, I have a LOT of conditioning to overcome, it seems.

People in that website are getting unnessesary surgeries.and really dangerous treatments .But i also found this forum which it is saving my

Agree. Especially if your subconscious is the impressionable type like mine. Try to limit what you read & be selective.

Mala

Honestly, I sometimes really get fed up with my subconscious. It's like it's got a mind of its own.

Balto has it in one. The net is a spawning ground for cowboys and snake-oil salesmen, and even well meaning folk have a knack of scaring you half to death. The quickest way to ruin your day is to google symptoms. Don't do it. All it does is compound stress, doubt and other nasties. Don't fight the river, flow with it.

Hi Dustin,
I am doing pretty well, the only problem is that i am finding relief only after walking fast and running ..like in past( i mean emotionally in the past) and both physically and emotionally now. so i dont know if thats good or not.
Gosh what is the meaning of hiatus? does it mean a hernia? :-\
My life is 80% back, but facing a lot of family issues .
my 22 yr old daughter is pregnant and got me so sad because i was expecting her to finish college first. Now i am going to have to help her taking care of the baby and honestly i tought i was done changing diapers! Am i repressing anger ? maybe but at same time i feel happy . Oh and i dont see myself as a.grandma? haha i think i dont want to look like a grandma. What about you? any.progress? when i run every morning i think about all the people here in.this forum that made possible my dream. But i got to tell you tms drs are EXPENSIVE!thanks to someone help i did go but i dont think i will continue ,anyway i already have progressed a lot and learned a lot from her, here and my books.

Take care Dustin .
