It seems to me that everyday I either have a headache (which I attribute to hypoglycemia) or painful/tingly legs and feet. They usually alternate each other... if I have one I don't have the other. So I am wondering if this is common with TMS? Like there is always something.
Thanks!

Absolutely.
Any pain that diverts your attention away from some underlying emotional issue, can be TMS. The alternation should give the whole thing away...and ultimately render the TMS useless as you will come to KNOW that your mind is just playing tricks with you and keeping you occupied.

I dealt with tingly legs and feet for years and for me, it almost always coincided with fear and/or anxiety. Headaches on the other hand, correlated with general stress.

When you have each of these pains, stop what you are doing and ask yourself "what could be bothering me right now"? What is my sub-conscious trying to divert my attention from?

Remember "the pain IS the/an emotion". Identify it, accept that your brain is just trying to protect you and you end the process. Keep doing that and the pains should subside.
