In an effort to save time, money, and ultimately energy I wanted to post a couple different treatments I am considering to see what people's opinions/experiences are if any.
Has anyone tried or know much about the following(?):
Feldenkrais Bowenwork Emotional freedom technique
I also recently watched a documentary that discussed the use of hallucinogenic mushrooms as treatment for people who suffer from cluster headaches. I don't know all that much about cluster headaches but from what I do know it does seem like something that could come from an emotional origin. Through further research I found that lsd is used in some places to treat people with terminal illnesses to help them "deal with the emotional aspects of dying". I've only really skimmed the surface of this topic but it seemed like there might be some potential there for people like me who are trying to access/address the emotions that are causing physical problems. If anyone has experience using hallucinogens for medical purposes or can point me in the direction of some credible resources I would appreciate it.
I have no experience with any of those treatments you've mentioned, but I think they all required you to work with a practitioner in many sessions. They all take time and cause much money. So I don't see how you would "save time and money". Also, I've never heard anyone ever cure their tms/anxiety with those methods.
It cost me less than $50 for a couple books from Sarno and Claire Weekes and I'm cure. It does take sometime but I'm completely cured.
There is no short cut when dealing with mind & body syndromes.
Yeah the idea with "saving time and money" is to research and get as much info as possible before committing to trying any of those things.
I am sincerely happy for you that you've been able to cure yourself, but I've read those books too and haven't been able to. So I continue looking for things tat might help.
