I don't agree that the article is wrong. There is a difference between saying, it doesn't matter which chair you sit in or bed you sleep in because if your body is relaxed it can't be doing any harm. These are natural things. But walking in very high heels is not natural. We did not evolve to walk in high heels--or even shoes. There are many reasons why walking in heels are unhealthy and I can tell you some of them even though I just skimmed the first line or two of the article. Your whole body is thrown off; butt flared out, low back hyper-extended, body no longer in alignment, not to mention shortening your achilles, weakening your plantar fascia. These things may not injure you, not in the short run, but they are unnatural and certainly not healthy things to do. I don't think Sarno intended us to think that we can do anything and everything to our bodies without harm. Commonsense above all.
