Hey everyone!

so I am having this new thing and I do not know, if I need to go to the doctor. I do not wanna go, since it might be contra productive to TMS treatment, because doctors always make a diagnosis, that will get stuck in your head!

So the symptom is not always there, but I can influence it from time to time. It goes like this: I have to straighten my left leg completelyt first. Then I force my toes towards my knee. During that movement I have a shooting pain at the bottom of my heel, at the very end. When I twist the foot inwards while I do it, the pain increases.
Moreover, I have to wait for a certain amount of time, to let it somehow "recharge" it. When I do not do it for a long time, it hurts more. Oh, it is only the left leg/foot.
It must be a nerve, but I really have no clue, where is this coming from all of a sudden? I try to ignore it, but it seems like it is trying to push itself more and more into my thoughts!
Has anyone experienced something like that before?

Benjamin

I had plantar for eight years. I used the inserts which helped a lot. Somewhere, in one of Dr. Sarno's books I read that it was TMS pain. It went away and never came back. All that suffering from a psychosomatic influence. Crazy.

Benjamin,

I think if Dr. Sarno read this he would tell you not to do that to your toes!

I have a big toe that hurts from time to time- always when something at work is bothering me. Once I figure that out the pain goes away!

OMG. I didnt think about this even though I have TMS on the run. I have one toe that feels from time to time like I broke it even though I didnt. I was thinking I must have bumped it pretty good and just didnt realize it at the time. I am going to treat it as another TMS symptom from now on.
