Hi guys,

I am working on it for the last 5 days.
It feels good, I let some tears out..
But, did not sleep well for the last 2 days.
Could it be related?

Sorry for my English

Good job! Don't worry about losing a little sleep, when your mindbody gets tired, you will sleep very soundly. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with your English.

Thank you Tom!

And for all in general: I feel as if I am running out of new topics to write about.
Did this happen to you?

Best!

Just to be clear, some find journaling very helpful, some don't. It's really a matter of temperament.

This is just my personal theory based on my own experience with TMS and my experience on the forum, but my sense is journaling is most helpful for those who want to get a clearer understanding of the role their thoughts and emotions play, often subconscious emotions, in the development of psychosomatic symptoms (TMS)..

Reading the books, listening to and watching the audio and video tapes, repeatedly, slowly and thoughtfully, and then sleeping on it until the TMS "KNOWLEDGE PENICILLIN" sunk into my mindbody on a cellular level.

Nope, what I write here is not remotely close to journaling.

Perhaps not, but it's a potentially good point. Contributing to the forum has in many ways helped me clarify my own thoughts...
