I noticed the other day that I just didnt feel well. I sat back and thought about it. The way that I feel seems to come every autumn. Autumn was a hard time for me around the 6th grade b/c I would have to go back to school and suffer severe anxiety and panic attacks. I seemed to have mostly physical symptoms of anxiety while in middle school and the symptoms lasted the entire day! I had no ability to calm down.
I thought to myself, "I wonder if I have become conditioned to be sick in the fall?" It could just be conicidence or me connected something that is not even relative. It was just athought and figured I'd share.
This past Christmas was the 1st Christmas in many years that I wasnt sick. I have felt for years that I was conditioned to be sick in the winter time especially around Christmas.

The past few days have been rough. Im having alot of fasciculations with th muscles around my left knee and the top of my left thigh. Today alot of other muscles joined in like my right calf, biceps, stomach. Its just ridiculous. I absolutely hate fasciculations. They had been very light and far and few between for quite sometime now.

I am trying to find some trigger that made the twitches come back. I can think of of only one.
I was worried about the retinal migraine aura I had and the neurologist sending me for that transcranial doppler (that came back fine) and that the only stressor that I can think of.

It seems my whole nervous system is either on high alert or is tired and overstimulated. Im not sure.

Looking for my mp3 player so I can listen to some meditations tonight.

In my humble opinion that is what 99% of TMS actually is. Once you begin to focus on and analyse and interpret your symptoms and sensations then you are doomed to the self fulfilling and self defeating cycle of dumping more and more stress on your nervous system. I suppose having a syndrome can help make sense of this for some folks.
