A belated thanks to Sarno fan for her insightful thoughts and suggestions-something has clicked and the pain is alot less. I am meditating without a CD very successfully now for an hour a day and it helps keep stress down-also drinking lots of water which I didnt do before.I dont think Im the journaling type either but find switching my thoughts to positives easier and I find distraction good as long as its not frenetic!I am extremley grateful for your support and the knowledge that someone else has recovered. regards Deb-ann
