I would like to attain some insight on a dream I experienced last night: From what I can remember, I was visiting a TMJ specialist (something I have done many times in the past when I was "making the rounds") and explaining to him my entire medical history. I remember feeling very scared during this, as I was unsure if I could fully articulate my situation and if in fact the doctor was actually listening to me. Then I began to recall Sarno's theories and became quite anxious over whether or not the doctor would believe them. When I woke up not only did I feel scared, but my headache was a bit worse--and has been throughout the day. I know that this is yet another way my unconscious is attempting to draw me back in. And this comes shortly after I was beginning to make some small gains in progress. Has anyone had a similar experience?
