Hi All,
I have suffered from Insomnia/Depression/nerves for most of my life, but try and push through when it is really bad. This can be really hard, and as I get older it is taking more and more out of me, especially when I am going through a bad sleep phase (now)
I am writing to ask for some advice. I have had tingling in both feet for over 8 months now, almost like a buzzing feeling, which does get more noticeable when I am anxious? I have been checked by my Doctor and a Neurologist but nothing has been found. I am worrying myself sick about this and it is feeding my 'fear' Could this all be due to anxiety etc or am I looking in the wrong area? many thanks for any advice you can give me.

| I was brought here because of my toes! I too didn't put two and two together until my husband kept saying it is TMS. It started with an injury to my middle toe and then my pinky toes became so sensitive I couldn't even have the mattress touch them or have tight bedsheets without pain. The other toes started feeling kind of disturbingly numb also. It was like an inflamed feeling and I have a big problem wearing shoes. So yes TMS in the feet is very possible. |

I have experienced all sorts of buzzing and tingling in my legs and feet, sciatica related sypmtoms. Now that I have accepted TMS as the diagnosis, most of these symptoms are gone. In fact, whenever I start to fall off the TMS wagon, its usually my left foot or calf that starts to tingle, then I know its time say "What am I angry about today?"
