I suppose what it all boils down to is the old children's song:
If you're happy and you know it clap your hands, If you're happy and you know it clap your hands, If you're happy and you know it and you really want to show it, If you're happy and you know it clap your hands.
So simple and yet so apt. Firstly, I have for so long not been in touch with my emotions. Only this last week have I discovered TMS and begun to heal from RSI - the improvement has been dramatic since I have started to 'feel' and stop fearing my physical symptoms. Secondly, I feel so happy now that I can acknowledge the emotion happiness as it comes along each day when something great happens, that I can clap my hands and no longer worry about hurting myself!
you know you just inspired me to put my sneakers on to go to the gym without padding my toes! I have had slight improvement and because of your post I decided to move to the next step! I will let you know how I make out! I wan't to clap my hands too!!
Welcome to the TMS board robbokop. I start my day by checking out the board and your post is very uplifting and amusing, I'll keep it "clapping" around in my brain like a mantra. Thanks for sharing your joy and TMS recovery.
