I recommend doing a search for Amir or Rapid Recovery. There have been many discussions of his book on this forum. It is recommended often and frequently praised, especially for the material on conditioning. However, some people find that his method is not suitable for their needs.

Hi Marcos

I read Fred Amir's nine steps after I read Healing Back Pain. I found it very useful as it endorses and strongly reinforces Sarno's TMS theory. It takes a systematic and sensible step by step approach on how to overcome the pain and I was particulary encouraged by his own fight and consequent victory over TMS. I would definitely recommend it.

Good Luck & Good Health
