I recently attended a lecture/book signing by Lissa Rankin, M.D., ("MIND OVER MEDICINE"). The host introducing Lissa was a "nutritionist". In her introduction to the physician, the MC gave a pitch about nutrition. After the intro, the doctor said, this is NOT about nutrition. We're lucky to live in an age where the abundance and quality of food is so good it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to have any true dietary deficiencies.
