I've read two books by Sarno -- Healing back Pain and The Mindbody Prescription: Healing the Body, Healing the Pain -- and have liked the way I've responded, physically and mentally, to both. I would like to see his lectures now, but cannot afford them.
For folks unable to foot the $89.95 to view Sarno's lectures on DVD (no VHS capability here), are there other options among the online community? I've scanned some of the usual places for used or free copies, such as my local libraries, Craig's List, Amazon, ABE Books, Ebay, etc. No success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Would your library buy the dvd?
My library has gotten many of my requests.

Great suggestion. But there's no guarantee my library will purchase it, especially given that they (including the library network's branches) have a few of his books already. Unfortunately, unless someone in the purchasing ranks of the library system knows about TMS and the benefits of Sarno's lectures over and above his printed literature, I reckon they will not pick up the DVD. |
