I was just curious to know if anyone has had a pain increase while going through their TMS?

Has it increased in quantity (pain level)? or has it increased frequency?

I've had pain in both shoulders and where the hamstring meets the buttocks. My shoulders feel fine now but the pain in my buttucks seems to have increased and it seems pretty constant, more so than before where it was intermittent depending on what activities I was doing.

I believe it is common in the early stages of recovery. Your brain is reluctant to give up its strategy so it fights back and increases the intensity or modifies the location of the symptoms.

In the case of my back pain, when ever I exercised(running) it would increase with a vengence.I expected that as Dave stated the unconscious brain won't give up easily.I just pushed by it and eventually it passed. good luck,PaulT.
