What does one do when you have good control of the pain, but a nervous stomach replaces it with embarrassing gas? I know the answer, which is follow the same protocol I did for the back pain. Any other suggestions anyone?
I've had intermittent problems with gas and diarrhea , but they actually haven't concerned me too much . I certainly believe they are emotionally induced , and if they don't go away in a short time , I take a product called Sonnes Intestinal Cleanser #7 & #9 and it clears it up very quickly . I'm not advocating this instead of using the tms approach , but if you want to go to a movie or whatever , it does save you embarrassment and your loved ones or the general public unpleasant odor.
My acute gas problems were "cured" by going on a gluten free diet. Ok, I accept I was exchanging one distraction for another (gluten free is hard to follow - specially in the Uk where we eat so much bread) but it meant I could carry on working with the general public.
