Hello there, It passed a year since Ive sprained my ankle. Its even stronger right now. Im doing double unders, squat heavy for 140kg. No pain BUT there is something that stop me to bend my ankle (bone-on-bone feeling). I mean in the flexing position (or if squatting narrower) something stop my range of motion. It dont hurt but its annoying. What do you think? Im stretching my ankles while doing jiu-jitsu A LOT.
