Hi all,
I am having vivid and crazy thoughts. I keep on obsessing about my ex girlfriend who was not good for me mentally. She broke it off w me for citing she wasn't into us and she had no time for me.
It was a long distance thing towards the end, but from my past convos w her when we were together I have a feeling she is back in my city and its making me think irrational! I have not spoken to her, I changed all my contact info etc.
This happened over the last year as I was in horrible pain, when it would ease a little I would think of her.
I am starting to think this is TMS and not some " we were meant to be together" thing- she disrespected me and love doesn't go that way.
I keep telling myself its TMS tms but just asking if anyone has had similar and what did they do. Thank gd the pain is gone but now emotional strife.
**Sure I can lay down on a bed of nails and not have pain but why am I having back pain when laying down on a soft mattress? |

In a way I think you are correct: you obsession with your ex-girl friend is TMS! The root cause of a lot of TMS is our clinging to a false identity. You think you are such a neat guy that your ex-girl friend should crawl back to you, wash your feet and drink the water. It is time to let it go!

There's a love hormone that makes you irrational but it wears off after a year and you are on your own after that to live with your bad/good relationship choices. It's a Darwinian species survival thing, otherwise there wouldn't be any babies. You're right, it's an affective emotional variant of TMS emanating, from the same primitive recesses of the vestigial brain that brings us good stuff like TMS pain.
Is this the same girl you said only wanted you for sex?--such a problem! My advice, there are a lot more fish in the sea, find someone more simpatico, loving and believes in TMS. That would be a good foundation to begin with. In the meantime, stay away from her and if she calls don't answer; there are a lot of good free porn sights out there.

Hey guys first to Pel and then TT,
Pel I was a good guy and she knew that and said it many times of course we all aren't perfect and I had my bad guy moments but they were mostly reactions to something nasty she said.
I would love for her back and she did that before where she was on her best behavior told me she made a mistake etc, then it happened two more times and I walked away this time, no contact nothing! Now I am lamenting!
TT, yes same girl who used me for sex, even when I was throwing up w the flu. It was weird she always wanted me to get her pregnant as well. Her mom left her dad when she was little and I for saw the same thing happening. My thing its been over a year and I am back to the mental place I was before the pain. I grieve for to long. There are tons of chicks after me but I am reserved and always been that way. I am no prude in any aspect though, I made videos w this woman so no need for porn sites , haha no I don't look at my old movies. All I do is look at porn.
