O.K so I get pain in my hands.. so I work like there's nothing wrong (because there isn't anything wrong!)

I got back pain so I ran through it as if nothings wrong... both strategy's seem to be becoming very successful...

At night though or when I lay down I get some tms tension round the back of the neck / jaw area... quite difficult to describe.. has any one got any tips for this? accept for just ignoring it /not worrying about? It's a funny one because it doesn't stop me doing anything.

I'm sure it will just go pretty soon any way!

thanks!
Matt

When you are trying to go to sleep, think about something you are looking forward to doing that will make you happy and you will fall asleep before you know it.
