I am going to take a break from this forum for awhile as I feel, via some law of attraction, my situation is getting worse as a result of me remaining here. So adieu for now.

Remeber Shawn that recovery is like a sine wave, it is not linear for people with severe cases. There is also a honeymoon phase with starting a new treatment where you feel better for a while just after starting a new treatment then you feel back to square one. Dont let any of this discourge you, it is just part of the process. Dont forget to work on the rush urge as this is a very big cause that is hard to change and takes a while. Also look to see if there are new things in your life happening now that you just havent deconditioned yourself to them yet. I had a nurse who had neck pain and after a few months of following the keys was back to normal. He started school and his pain returned. He is now deconditioning himself to this now. Good luck while your gone, we will miss your presence.
