54% reduction in symptoms sound good but not impresive.

You can get 100% reduction for free right here with Ace1's program.

In reading many posts on on different forums on TMS I found many were not cured with the basic Sarno protocols. Yes it is a stress overload and there are many paths up the mountain

Thank you Balto, but it really is, in a way, your program also.

Shawn there are some who do recover by his book alone, but they interpret it differently than us intense folks as I mentioned before. Just read the stories in the back of healing back pain.

Hi Shawn,

as a writer do you always need the full un-abridged version of someone’s story in order to get the message? Just my observation that some of us need more information in order to be convinced. The more knowledge we collate - the more we seem to need.

When I see the words “Full recovery’ I think of my own that proved not to be so 12 years later. It was after my recovery that I absorbed HBP in depth, this was when I found out that I should not have run against my pain!

Sean- i followed only Sarno's suggestions and achieved a full recovery after 18 years of pain. I really did emerse myself in what he had to say, read his books several times, listened to the audio book for a few months in my car; discussed the theory with many people. And after 18 years of pain, the year i became pain free (at the age of 38) i started playing Aussie Rules football again after a 20 year absence. In some way, i was not only relishing the opportunity to pick up a much loved activity from my childhood and adolescence, but i was also testing my body (and Sarno's ideas)- i wanted to see how much punishment my body could take- was it actually as resilient as Sarno said it was? I played against burly 20 something year olds for the next 7 years (Aussie Rules is a high physical impact game- watch a You Tube clip- what is Aussie Rules football?. When i retired from playing at the age of 45, i did so because in my last year i was not only playing, but was the team coach, club president, and coach of my son's junior's team. Psychologically, it ended up being too much. But physically, i discovered that if i approached each season with adequate preparation, my body was up to it. I am not tough, nor do i enjoy pain. It is now 5 years since i ended playing football, and my body is still fine (although not quite as fit). I then took up another form of fun from my adolescence- surfing. And have been doing this ever since. All i ever did was internalise Sarno's suggestions and applied them to myself. I have also seen many of my clients get better in similar ways through the same approach- most of them will never appear on any forum as they have no need of it, but like me, they do exist.

James
