There is tons of advise on this forum about what causes TMS and what needs to be done . Hillbilly's way , Monte, Ace1 keys to success all valuable and insightful thoughts.
My question is How to "live in the moment"...Just do it...." "Change your thinking". when your pain is constant. When your pain is whenever you move day and night, when it wakes you in the middle of the night?
HOW ?.

For me chapter 1 in Eckhart Tolle's "Practicing the power of NOW" gives a detailed explanation of how to live in the now that is very simple to follow and put in practice.
Most of that 1st chapter is available on Amazon for free so you can get an idea.

You already are living in the moment for there is no other moment you can live in than the current one. But your mind is continually wandering off somewhere else -- the past or future -- but physically where ever you go, there you are.
