Dr Schubiner's videos, link below. His book was very helpful, but I couldn't bring myself to do the exercises. I think it would be easier to do them in a class room or controlled setting. Or I am such a perfectionist I did not want to deface the pages. Or was I just lazy?

Me too! I did join the online program and when it came to print out pages my ink was dead! I have to wait until Valentines day for my ink shipment to arrive. But fortunately I did order the book/cd last week and got it yesterday, and....I would not write in it either! I am glad I have the book too though.
This online course is so all encompassing, rich with method...

ALL THOSE OUTSIDE THE USA could join his online program. And since the American dollar is tanked, you might find it very cheap when money is converted. Access to a proven TMS doctor is priceless methinks.
Dr. Schubiner IS active on his forum. He has put together some package let me tell you. And that ISTDP (which I haven't got to do yet but read) I think is going to be great for hard to cure folks. Not saying I am one. But dang, after trying Sarno from his book and failing years ago (from too short a treatment methinks) to trying to piece together something from books and this forum, I can see that this online program of Dr. Schubiner has everything one needs if diligently applying it.
