Has anyone experienced a sense of inner trembling? wondering if it is a TMS equivalent. Comes and goes, worse in the morning. Had it a month or so.

I had that. It felt like bones rumbling. It was tension trying to be held in check. Something needs expressed to somebody. It's a powerful feeling, you could be way stressed.

Dwinsor:
Sounds like dehydration! Try drinkin a glass of water before bed and another when you get up to urinate.

steveo sounds right on-i have had so many of these in the past if i had a penny for everytime-you know the rest of the story-it is something your holding in-for me it was thinking about too many things at one time-i used nlp(neuro lingustic programming to help heal this symptom)-i know it was when i discovered this that all my nervous trembling went away.....learning to focus on one subect at a time-i felt the control and picked it right up....also Sarnos theory puts it into a very good perspective...for change is what we seek

This trembling, of which you speak, I too have experienced it. It can be rather unsettling, especially when there is not a thing one can do to stop it and yet you feel that you are loosing control. But, in my opinion -- and I am not a physician -- this is yet another manifestation of TMS. TMS symptoms can come at us from so many angles it seems the list is in-exhaustive. But here is a list of TMS or equivalents people have overcome: http://tmshelp.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2433

Always remember, if you have TMS you are in control. You, and not the symptoms, will dictate what you will or will not do.
