Hi Everyone,

I discuss the topic of Mindfulness in this week's podcast. I review the many health benefits of practicing mindfulness and also provide 3 very easy and practical exercises you can use to help bring you back into present moment awareness.

When asked, I say, mindfulness has been the most important part of my success. That said, mindfulness has also been the number one thing to my continued success.

"Why" you ask?

I am aware of my symptoms
I am aware of what causes them
I am aware of how to make the changes I need
The awareness leads me to stay on the path to making those changes

I agree with Matt too but for me I didn't have to think about the activities I was doing like washing the plates etc, just being aware of what was happening to my feelings at the present moment and my reactions. In addition I needed affirmations to help modify my reactions. In this all, impatience was the thing that was causing 95% of my symptoms bc it was with me all the time.
