Wow, does TMS change! Latest for me is what seems to be a fever but when I check my temp, I'm normal. However during the day and night both I get flashes of heat, but no temp. Here in So Calif it's been hot and humid lately and I can't help to think some of this has to do about the heat. My ankle is what started it all, is doing somewhat good. I walk a little more every day and it is doing better. Now the hot flashes! Makes one think. I'd appreciate if anyone had a similar symptom as heat flashes and they let me know if they were able to beat them off.
Thanks you all.

I have had hot flashes every since i was about 15-thats been 25 yrs ago as a dr.gave me a wrong diagnosis and i was basicly sent home to die-they got intense and when i went to another dr for a second opion-and found out i just had strept throat-i instantly put my weight back on and healed-of course after a round of penicillian-the hot flashes stayed though any time i would get stressed-i went to dr about it and he laughed at me and said only women have hot flashes-i was living proof that was a lie-i have them to when i get hot from the weather as i live in georgia and have roofed for many yrs-id think id have a fever and check my pressure just to find out that i was fine-its the walking into peace -one day at a time method that helped me-hope this helps
