I read a lot of blogs - mostly about running, trail running, food, cooking. But my reader is also full of blogs dedicated to alignment, pain relief, different treatments to fix this or that in our bodies, etc. you get the idea.

Well I just went through my reader and unsubscribed for all of them! I had a moment of pause, wanting to hold on to some of them. What if they finally had the answer I've been looking for to finally be pain free for good? What if I miss out on learning the perfect exercise or therapy?

But I know in my heart of hearts that I need to work through TMS. That is the answer.

So they are all gone. And I actually feel relieved.

Great! You just took a first step of letting go and of faith in the process. Over the years I've had people tell me they threw away their MRIs and x-rays. That was their first step in believing deeper and today those people are all happy and pain-free.

The journey of a 1000 miles...

Thanks Steve! It's amazing what a difference just that simple act has made. Thinking of other things in my life I've become attached to but are unnecessary, stressful and anxiety producing, that I can let go to.
