I realize that several months ago I had low back pain, periformis (sp), really tired, hip pain and shoulder pain, sometimes all at the same time and sometimes one at a time. I'm the guy who has ankle skin pain. I guess I should consider myself lucky because the other pains are no longer here, but who knows, now I have ankle skin pain. I hope this is a positive. Thanks for listening..

if you can just stop thinking about your pain. Don't give it any attention. Don't "review" what you have, don't even "celebrate" when it get better. Just go on with your life as if it is all normal. Just "say F... it, just stress!" then move on. You will get better.

Mind and body syndromes caused by something "negative" in your mind. If there is nothing negative anymore(including the fear of the symptoms) then the symptoms will just disappear. You should just worry more about how to elliminate "negative" thoughts from your mind than anything.

This is exactly what I've been working on. This and unnecessary guilt over "shoulds". I finally had to stop that thinking pattern, and it is working like a charm. I also had to learn to stop worrying what others thought of me. Another biggie.

Wow, am I ever full of "shoulds". And BALTO thank you for your comments. I will try them. I will try very hard to eliminate the "negatives" also.
