I just started reading Dr. Sarno's book and feel like I can relate to it. For the first time I am not afraid of the future, I believe I can have my life back. I will write more later, just wanted to drop in and say hello. Looking forward to reading some posts soon.

Good for you Layla for taking the first step to help yourself. You are on the road to recovery. Now just stay on the path, it is easy to run off the road if you are not careful. Good luck. This forum will be a great help to you. I know it has been to me.

Although, I would suggest to everyone to keep this to a minimum, its the content of this forum which makes it so valuable, not the smiley icons. So far, everyone has been real good about using the flash wisely. Keep up the good work everybody ! :-)

I didn't intend for my first post to be in such huge font! But maybe it was a good way to appear really positive, which I am! I won't do the huge font thing again unless I have really good news.
To encourage anyone else who is new, getting beyond doubt is the most important step. I chose to believe 100% because I know how closely our minds/bodies are related. I keep telling myself that my brain is smarter than my body and not always good to it.

You post _was_ really good news! "...I can have my life back." And your use of a big blue font was cool, and like you said really positive.
You are also correct that truly believing the TMS dignosis is the crucial first step to recovery!
