I had made a lot of progress with my gastritis. I was almost at 100%. I could eat most anything I wanted to again. But now that I've been taking antibiotics for 3 weeks my stomach is in pretty bad shape again. I know it could be TMS, but it could also be the antibiotics.

How do you deal with the issue when the cause may or may not be TMS? I really don't ever want to go back to the gastritis pain. But I'm not sure what I should do when there could be a legitimate cause besides TMS.

Oh, and I'm taking probiotics, but I cannot take the slippery elm and DGL while I'm on them due to absorption issues. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi TaylorJoh,

Read the entire info sheet that came with your RX. Under the "How To Take This Medication" section it should state if you need to take with food or not, or with certain liquids or not. (Some say take with milk other avoid milk, depends on the RX). Also check the "Side Effects" section and see if there is a recommendation for solving your stomach issue. Some antibiotics cause all sorts of GI stuff, so dont worry at all about it just do your homework. Since you have proven to yourself that your prior 100% recovery was due to your TMS work, you can proceed forward. Sorry, I have no info on probiotics.

Take care, -Stryder
