Well I'm very disappointed to hear that.
All the more so, in the absence of any comments or explanations from the powers that be.
We're left to wonder if 2nd or 3rd party recommendations for his book are also deemed inappropriate here.

I think Steve is still here. I don't think Dave have banned anyone from this board yet. Steve probably just self deleted many of his own posts. I guess he doesn't want people to think he is using this board to sell his book.
I sure do like his posts and wish he keep contribute. Maybe he should just put all information about his book in his signatures so no one would think anything of it. |

oops....I think you're right. I clicked on the members link at the top of the page and didn't see his name listed there anymore. But, it looks like some of his posts are still on here. Sorry folks. Carry on.

TMS does this kind of thing to our minds, this board is a little tricky at first, but I am very impressed with how it works.
Looks like SteveO is still with us. I notice he has about 5 posts left, but it says he's posted 27 in total.
In some ways he is more qualified to speak here because I believe he has first hand experiences as a victim. I have not read it yet.
SteveO, how about getting your book added to the list "TMS related books" on this forum? The mediators will probably have to review it first.

For the record I have no issue with people mentioning books on this forum provided they are on topic.
Those participating in this forum agree to the posted policy, which specifically prohibits: Links to websites selling or advertising products. Hyperlinks are treated specially by search engines and may serve to distort the nature of this forum.
I have never accepted advertising or donations and run this forum with my own time and money. I cannot guarantee it will remain that way forever, but for now, the goal is to provide a free, open platform for discussion. |
