Hi it's been a while however I have some symptoms back. I have bad back pain and rectal pain in the past however recently I have suffered new problems.

The problem started while I have been trying to learn a new skill at work. It has been very stressful and the path has not been smooth. A few weeks ago my skin was insanely itchy. The itching was on the back of my hands, the top of my feet, my arms, my ankles and my torso. I found myself giving in to scratching a lot of times and even have some blisters for my trouble. Also my knuckles started to hurt and I found it hard to walk on my ankle.

I was moved off this job to something I am more familiar with and the symptoms subsided (the itching went altogether).

I was put back onto the stressful job and was given some tools that would constantly fail me. I tried every way possible to find a solution but I didn't and my stress levels went through the roof. I only made some real progress today when I found what was giving me trouble although now I need to work out why.

I have suffered a large increase in pain in my wrist (sore for a week and very sore yesterday and today). However I am trying to avoid nursing it too much because I know that will make things worse in the long term.

However it hurts.... it is sore.... Ah well we have all been there...

"Change in responsibilities at work.... 29"

From the Rahe-Holmes List, good for 29 points towards filling your TMS reservoir of rage to overflowing.

Thanks dude!!!! I will check those out.

Oddly I had a moment of peace at work today and the pain subsided. Then it came back again once 'responsibility' hit...

Changes in job duties... yeah don't you just love capitalism....
