After a couple of months of zero pain, I have had a very stressful week and the pain came back again - this time down the front of my leg. I was thinking it would be good to get some videos to watch as I find visual aids have such a powerful impact on my unconscious - I hear that Dr. Sopher or is it Dr. Schechter have some tapes? Could anyone recommend anything to me? I find this even more powerful than reading, although I am back to writing in my journal and reading Sarno's books
Thanks

Suz-I have only seen Sarno's videos, but I thought they were terrific. Also, Pault made me and some others a copy of Sarno on 20-20. John Stossel did a very convincing piece on Sarno and I have used it several times to introduce friends to the doctor. For some reason, being on tv ads credibility.

Hi Suz,

To find TMS viedos, go to this sites HOME page and look at the LINKS and RELATED MATERIALS pages. Both doctors Sarno and Schechter have videos, cd's, and cassettes for sale. I have Dr. Sarno's two tape video set and also Dr. Schechter's audio cassettes that I listen to in the car. I have found them both very useful for simplyfing, and clarifying the TMS concepts.

Good luck

You've got pain free before, you can do it again. That alone should prove to you, you can beat this.

I note you prefer not to read but suggest Fred Amir's book is worth a look. If nothing else he offers more practical advise rather than Sarno's theory.

Wish you well
