We had a good turnout to this today - thanks to all who came.

There were 8 of us, ranging from recovered to just starting out.

By popular request it's moving to a monthly (rather than bi-monthly as up to now) event.

Just wondering how you structure these Hilary. Is it pretty much informal, or do you ask people to share there stories of struggle and recovery?

Hi art,

Up to now we've been meeting in a pub, usually about 4 of us and we just chat about where we're up to, what we find useful and what books we like.

This time we met in someone's house, but I didn't have any particular structure - pretty much the same as above.
