Hello.
I`m doing a lot better with my so-called RSI, which in truth is TMS, I am sure, but I`m still sturggling with my hand becoming cold, and then after a while of work, they will hurt. I tell myself its because of the coldness, eg. the lack ofm oxygen..So what to do to "warm" them up?
Sticking to TMS and it will resolve with time?

Thanks for checking in, it's good to hear from a success-story! You may want to post it in the "SUCCESS STORY" section. I remember you and some of those here with RSI/TMS may benefit from reading your past posts because they are going through similar stuff.

Capsaicin for your cold hands. Basically it's chili pepper in an ointment form. There are many products you can get at pharmacies without a prescription. They come in various strengths and many different manufacturers. In the US some are called: CAPZASIN HP, ZOSTRIX, ZIKS--and--SCREAMIN' TOAST!. They are all topical lotions for arthritis and muscle pain.

If you rub some on your hands, they will get nice and warm real fast. Just don't accidentally touch your eyes or where the sun doesn't shine or you will find out why! Ski and outdoor stores have packets of such stuff you put in your gloves or boots to keep them warm.

Well it isnt a full success story until now, I still get some pain AND have fear of hurting myself...its definitely better but still there. It is just too difficult for me to remain tuned to the whole concept. Last week I overheard a discussion from a former WoW-player who said that playing computer games is "killing your wrists and future" which just scared me, cause my ultimate goal is to play like 1 year ago when this all started (also, a lot of playing) and now this phrase is running in my mind...I hate it... So I am still fighting with that insecurity of mine.

Don't listen to them!

I carry a heavy bag with 2 laptops around for work and my colleagues insist I'm going to give myself an injury. I reply that I'll get osteoporosis if I DON'T carry the bag

Have you seen this page?

Look at Teddybear's recovery story near the bottom.
