Just had to say that.
Hey Dave, I think we need a misc. forum on here so that we can talk about nice things with fellow tms'rs other than the usual pain talk.
It would keep many members active here, and therefore, always checking in the main general forum to help out. I think "Tennis Tom" would still be contributing if he had an outlet to express is political anger, and then still get along with everyone on the general forum. Most other forums have a miscillaneous forum as well.
If not, then thanx for your hard work keeping this forum going. |

sorry, thoughts keep coming. A lot of people ask where do all the recoveries go? And the general answer is they get on with thier lives, and others say the board is toxic in it's own way.
I feel a good way for people to get on with their lives is to transition over to a misc board, and associate with people who share symptoms and the same knowledge of tms as they do. Often we can feel alone. It would make for a nice community here, and I believe relieve a lot of stress from us as we are diluged with constant pain commercials and countless chiropractic signs on the way to and from work.
Kinda like those "dwarf" retreats you see on tv, were a dwarf can go to a centralized location and be with nothing but other dwarfs and feel normal and relaxed for a week a year. I think the need to stay on "topic" here can get monotunous and again toxic as we return to the normal world, we are doomed for relapses as the trillion dollar medical juggernaut is too hard on the psyche, leading us back to this board where your'e either talking purely of symptoms and relief of, and nothing else. I think we need an outlet. If you need help with another mod or financial support for it let me know. This board had been there for me. |

I've avoided House cause I figured I didn't need to watch a show that focused so heavily on physical ailments.
But maybe I shouldn't be so paranoid. |
