Continuing the spot-theTMS-athlete voyeuristic distraction fun...

What about Rafa Nadal? He was number one in men's tennis, winning EVERYTHING last year. Then his parents broke up (he lives with them at home on Mallorca). All of a sudden, he has had one injury after another. The stomach muscle, the knee, the other knee, etc. etc. He has barely won anything this year since it all started. Lost at the French Open for the first time ever.

And the former number one woman Maria Sharapova was out for a year with a shoulder thing.

Shall we tell them?

Wonder if Tiger Woods will get Golfer's Elbow now that he's toppled from godhood. For a few mill, I'll educate him.

Love is the answer, whatever the question

And don't forget Andre Agassi's crippling back pain...now we know he also had a drug problem, emotionally abusive father, etc, etc...

It was very controversial why tiger needed an additional knee surgery or original knee surgery at all considering other golfers don't get knee surgeries.

Interestingly the period he was having all the fun with the ladies was when the pain hit. Hmmmmm

I think you can find my write ups here on David Duval and Rocco Mediate, both who suffered extreme childhoods with the tragic loss of their close sibling were seen to have their careers interupted with low back pain.hmmmmmmm

I'm a big tennis fan and I've been following these "injuries". Some of it shouts of TMS.

His Mother-in-Law was just taken to the hospital. I'm sure this is extremely hard on them.

The link between emotional pain and physical pain/illness is so obvious, but the established medical profession can't seem to make the leap that Dr. Sarno has. Maybe someday.
