OK, so I am no longer the last person on the planet to watch the movie, The Matrix. Now I've seen it. Man, there are so many situations in life for which this movie can be a metaphor. TMS is one such situation.
In the Matrix, your body is fragile and vulnerable. You need all kinds of medications, therapies, orthotics, back support pillows, etc. But if you can take the little red pill, you will see clearly that reality is quite different. Then you've got to "reprogram" yourself. And the power of your mind is everything.
Think psychologically, love yourself, be well! |

Oh Gawd, you are not the last - I've been holding out for years because of a resistance to the person who was trying to insist that I see it.
Yes, there is this little red pill that I've been taking more and more often recently that is stopping me, I believe, from developing some quite intense "serious" illness as I go through some stress that in anyone's book would rate highly on the stress index. Since my TMS manifests as so-called fibromyalgia, also known as anything is game that will mess up your body, and since I now dismiss much of this, it is trying to present something more "serious" like heart problems or some such thing.
Fortunately, by the Grace of the Red Pill Manufacturer, I am dating a guy who has an alleged heart problem that is obviously TMS, so I get constant reminders not to go there.
The problem, for me, is that by not going with the simpler programs, that little buggah is creating more complex stuff. I can feel that I have to make a very strong and definite - let's say DECISIVE - DECISION. I have to DECIDE that I don't want to be run by this stuff and I have to mean it.
I've been noticing recently that I'm getting better at going into the feelings behind the symptoms and - so to speak - leaching out the will energy with which they are saying NO NO NO NO - and using it as raw fuel for what I really want, which is a big YES to healthy, radiant life. A very green and sustainable inner practice.
love to all you brilliant friends out there on the forefront of consciousness, volunteering so selflessly to break out of the Matrix and create a huge leak in its web so others can follow.
