this weekend I went up north dune buggying trail riding. i drove hard through bumpy trails and a lot of physical driving. I had NO increase in my back pain. And the numbness in my baby toes and heels was barely noticable. I was my "old self". Enjoying friends and family, laughing and doing everything I was used too. I lifted alot of things, sat in hard camping chairs etc... you get the picture.

Overall the numbness was only there a couple of times and very minimal. Came home Sunday night, Monday was good too. Spent alot of time putting things away, cleaning, kept busy. All was well.

Today however, I was home alone. Noticed some numbness in right heel and toe returning. Have been pretty focused on this.

So what is the concensus here? And how do I handle it?

Thanks for your input.

Stop worrying!

Whenever you have mild symptom recurrence after a great success, instead of focusing on the symptom recurrence, focus on how great your previous success was and how obvious that makes it that you have TMS.

And go out and do something else fun. :)
