Thanks for posting this, ralphyde. I'm a runner and may have read it when it came out last year. As a side note, the only thing that has ever worked consistently for me in diminishing a symptom is challenging it. For me, journaling (maybe because I've focused more on thoughts than feelings), therapy, meds...none of these have ever been as effective as simply forcing myself to get out there and do what I fear.
