Hi everybody,

while reading yesterday's New York Times I came across this article on the negative impact of perfectionism. Nothing new, just what Sarno had to say about the topic but now confirmed by the "science section" of a mainstream newspaper.

Wow, I am totally an either or type person. I often feel like if I am going to do something it has to be done right or it is all wrong and not worth doing.

The last 10 years I have spent extremely angry because with the physical pain and anxiety issues I can no longer do the one career I chose for myself. I've actually not been able to find anything I want to do now and haven't been able to let go of the feeling of failure because of it.
