I have suffered from many TMS equivalents over the years, but this seems to be a new one on me.
By simply drinking a glass of cold water I expect to get really uncomfortable chills, which I am finding very hard to not focus on. I go outside with about 5 layers on, but still feel them. I think maybe I think deep down something is wrong.
I keep telling myself that is is a distraction, but am finding them very hard to ignore.
A glass of cold water does cool you down, I use this at work when I overheat in my stuffy office. You'd be surprised how much 100ml of water can cool you down.
Most of the population is permanently dehydrated, which can lead to all kinds of other health issues.
The only problem is I go back home to my cold flat, then I am freezing cold from drinking too much water in work!
