I just started reading Dr. Sarno's Books. I've had 2 back surgeries and have another herniated disc..etc... Started journaling etc... I wanted to know is there is anyone on here that lives near Phila? Wanted some local support...If not...just a little encouragement to keep going would be nice.. Thanks and have a great..painfree..day...

Sorry, I'm in Texas. But I am very new to TMS also. I finished reading the book two weeks ago. I accepted the diagnosis immediately having suspected emotions as having an impact on my health problems for years. I had chronic fatigue for 2 3/4 years; up until about a week ago. I feel great now with lots of energy. I still have to work on the migraines and hives though.

I encourage you to read the book, journal and turn to your emotions when you are in pain, or when the pain acts up. It really works. It just may take some time.

Cindy:

I'm very close - within minutes of Northeast Philly. I live in Lower Bucks county near the Neshaminy Mall. Drop me an email at webdan65@yahoo.com. Through there we can exchange phone numbers if you'd like.
