1) Believing close to 100% that the pain is TMS. (I think this is the big one for me)

If you have not already done so, I would encourage you to get one of Dr. Sarno's books as soon as possible (The Divided Mind or Healing Back Pain. I think I would recommend the latter for now as it is concise and a quicker read). The forum is great for support, but it was Dr. Sarno's literature that convinced me that my pain was TMS. So, I would suggest getting your nose into one of his books as likely the best starting point.

thanks. when i had the pain i would only think of anything that might be bothering me but i didnt ignore it. Thanks alot. now i will start doing that and hopefully it'll work.thanks again
