I have a "pain in the butt" that has been around a long time, but it stays more or less in one area. It gets worse when I am seated, and can be aggravated by my doing almost anything. But it doesn't "move around". Does TMS pain always move around?

No TMS pain can be static in one primary location. I had back pain in my lower back as my primary location. In hindsite, I also realize that my occasional neck pain, knee pain, wrist pain and other symptoms were also a part of the syndrome. However, these were never bad compared to my back pain. TMS often chooses a location based on the success of the pain at occupying your attention. Sensei
