Remember when sitting up straight was good for the back? Not anymore:

Results from yet another "study" about which positions are good for the back and which aren't. The baloney never ends.

I like this quote from one of the doctors: "We were not created to sit down for long hours". I wonder how he knows that...

I saw this on my local news yesterday.
Right, here we go again... sit this way, don't sit that way, yadda yadda.
Honestly, they all treat the back as if it could break if you move just the wrong way. CRAPOLA.
