I am a true believer in John Sarno's methods. They have saved me from a life of back pain.
Last weekend I ran the Chicago Marathon and finished feeling great.Today at work I was jumping over a little puddle of water and felt a twinge in my upper thigh, that is now hurting when I extend my leg.
What does Sarno say about muscle pulls ,Real or TMS?Does anyone know?
Thanks for any replies.

I thnk muscle pulls are very probable. However they can also proably turn into TMS if you are prone to it. If it doesn't go away after an appropriate amount of time...... well......................
Sometimes it's easy to just treat everything that hurts like TMS, but if it is a real pull, you don't want to damage it further by ignoring it.
