Tom Brokaw is doing s piece on the mind and body this Monday night on NBC for those of you interested, I do not watch much t.v. so I'm not sure what time his show comes on.

I'm not sure, I was watching tv last night, then Tom Brokaw comes on an ad for the show and said see how the mind, affects, obesity, diabetes and your heart. Then they said on the next show, I'm really not even sure what his showis, but I do know the episode comes on Monday night.

I saw the promo this morning. It said it was on the Nightly news. Thanks for the tip.
