Well, now that that critical matter is put to rest (for now), seems we are smoothing things over by switching to right wing politics as the topic of the day . .

I do sincerely hope so, the rest of the planet was a long time ago.
For the record I'm on board with Art and Wrldtrv, but being a typical left leaning Canadian who detests violence anywhere outside of a hockey rink, that's to be expected and I'd better keep my mouth shut from here . . .
BTW do I hear Dave's fingers inching any closer to the 'delete thread' button? : ) |

| When I lived in the Bay Area I used to work with a guy just like TT (maybe it WAS TT!). For almost 15 years, we argued about nearly everything. It didn't matter what I would say, he would always take the opposite position just to be a pain in the a_ _. But if there was anything good that came out of that experience, it was that I learned it is completely useless to even respond to to such provocation. These people work hard at "getting your goat" and are delighted when they succeed. Yes, occasionally I can't resist taking the bait, but that's my fault. |

it's interesting that you redicule me in the second person rather than directly. i have no problem talking to you directly. do you have a problem facing issues head-on? i defintely DO NOT argue about everything. you pick and choose my posts that fit into your comfotable worldtrv view. the vast majority of my posts are about tms theory or directing newbies to tms doctors or psychotherapists. i have yet to see you jump in and do this--please wrldtrav be my guest next time a newbie asks for help. i'm starting to get burned out by all the poliitcal and religious nit-picking coming especially from the oh so "open-minded" liberal wing. anyone disagreeing with their hallowed views are found to be disagreeable and not to be engaged in debate or discusssion--freud would call this DENIAL. yes i occasionaly use sarcasm, but only when the view being presented is so sublimely rediculous that it does not warrant any rational form of reply. worldtrav, if we could just agree to disagree and not resort to the chief weapon of liberals, name calling, and personal attack, this would not be as fun a site as it is.
